Notice of Premises Licence

Application TO: WHOM IT MAY CONCERN I, Hikmet Tabak do hereby give notice that it is my intention to apply to Brighton & Hove City Council for the variation of a premises licence to use of premises known as: The Meeting Place Cafe situated at: Kings Road, Hove, BN3 2WN for the following variation: Add off-sales of alcohol Monday to Sunday from 10:00 to 22:30 hours - Update the layout plan - Remove the conditions requiring alcohol to be served ancillary to a meal - Remove conditions for no vertical drinking, to allow vertical drinking. Remove the conditions regarding alcohol measures.

Any person who desires to make a representation to the variation, should send to EHLIicensing@brighton-hove.gov.uk or Regulatory Services Manager, Regulatory Services, Environmental Health and Licensing, Bartholomew House, Bartholomew Square, Brighton, BN1 UP no later than 14/05/2025 a brief written statement of the grounds of his/her objection. The register and records of applications may be viewed at the above council office during normal office hours; summaries are available via www.brighton-hove.gov.uk/licensing.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application, the maximum penalty for which a person is liable on summary conviction is an unlimited fine.
