What is proposed?

Application has been made by Odeon Cinemas Limited to the Licensing Authority of Middlesbrough Council for a Premises Licence for the Odeon Cinema, Leisure Park, Marton Road, Middlesbrough, TS1 2DY.
The application is to permit: the sale of alcohol between 10:00 and midnight each day; plays, films, live and recorded music, performance of dance and anything similar between 09:00 and 03:00 each day and late-night refreshment until 03:30 each day.

A responsible authority or any other person can make written representations to the Licensing Authority at the above address or be email to licensing@middlesbrough.gov.uk any time up to and including 26th May 2025 (www.middlesbrough.gov.uk)
It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a Licence Application.
The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
