Notice is hereby given that we Depo Venue Group Limited of Level 33 on 30th April 2025

Depo Venue Group Limited have made application to Plymouth City Council, being the Licensing Authority for the purposes of the Act, for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises situate at and known as Level 33, 39-42 Union Street, Plymouth PL1 3LU.

The relevant licensable activitIes are as follows:
Play’s, film’s. live music, recorded music and performance of dance, Monday to Sunday (Indoor 10:00hrs to 04:00hrs and Outdoor 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs)
Indoor Sporting Monday to Sunday 10:00hrs to 04:00hrs
Boxing / Wrestling Monday to Sunday
Outdoor 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs
Sale of Alcohol Monday to Sunday (Indoor 10:00hrs to 03:00hrs and Outdoor 10:00hrs to 23:00hrs)
