Spar, 37 Northgate Street, Aberystwyth - Application to vary a Premises Licence
What is proposed?
A.F. Blakemore & Son Ltd trading as Blakemore Retail of Longacre Industrial Estate, Rosehill, Willenhall, WV13 2JP have applied to Ceredigion County Council on 25 April 2025 to vary the Premises Licence relating to: Spar, 37 Northgate Street, Aberystwyth, SY23 2JS.
We wish to vary the current hours to those proposed of 07.00 – 23.00 hours daily
(including bank holidays) allowing the sale or supply of alcohol by retail for consumption
off the premises and to remove any embedded restrictions inherited from the Licensing Act 1964 including those relating to Good Friday/Christmas Day.
