What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises
Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Travelodge Hotels Limited has
applied to East Lindsey District Council for the grant of a
Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as
Travelodge Skegness Sea Front, South Parade, Skegness,
PE25 3DF. The proposed licensable activities and their
hours are the sale of alcohol Monday to Sunday 00:00 to
00:00 (24 hours) and the provision of late night refreshment
Monday to Sunday 23:00 to 05:00 the following morning.
(The sale of alcohol between the hours of 23:00 and 10:00
will be restricted to residents only). The record of the
application may be inspected at the offices of The Licensing
Team, East Lindsey District Council, The Hub, Mareham
Road, Horncastle, LN9 6PH by prior appointment (email:
during normal office hours.
Any representations by interested parties or responsible
authorities regarding the application must be made in
writing (or by email) to the Licensing Team, East Lindsey
District Council at the above address by 26 May 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false
statement in connection with an application. The maximum
fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for
the offence is unlimited.
