What is proposed?
NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE.
Notice is hereby given that Wine and Whisky Organisation Limited has applied to Wandsworth Council for a new premises licence at Wisewolf Security Limited, 56 Battersea Rise, London, SW11 1EG for the supply of alcohol between the hours of 12:00 and 20:00.
Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by end of May 14th 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensina@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Wandsworth Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.wandsworth.gov.uk.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
