Notice of application for a Premises Licence

Notice is hereby given that Base Face Pizza Ltd has applied to Richmond Council for a new/variation of a premises licence at Base Face Pizza, 112 Kew Road, Richmond, TW9 2PQ for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises between the hours of 12:00 to 22:30 Monday to Sunday.

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing by 21 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX or by email: licensing@merton.gov.uk. The record of this application may be inspected Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment at the offices of Richmond Licensing Authority, Regulatory Services Partnership (Serving Merton, Richmond and Wandsworth Councils) Merton Civic Centre, London Road, Morden, Surrey, SM4 5DX between the hours of 10.00 a.m. and 4.00 p.m. Information on all new and variation applications received by the Licensing Authority can be viewed on the Council's website www.richmond.gov.uk.

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application, punishable upon conviction by an unlimited fine.
