NOTICE OF APPLICATION

FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

We Padelstars Ltd hereby make application for a Premises Licence in respect of Padelstars Basildon, Cranes Farm Road, Basildon, SS14 3GR. The proposed licensable activity is: Supply of Alcohol ON Sales ONLY. Mon to Sun 12:00 until 22:00.

Opening Times: 12:00 until 22:00. Interested parties and responsible authorities may make representations to the Licensing Authority (Basildon Borough Council).

All such representations shall be made in writing within 28 days from the date below. Representations should be sent to: – The Licensing Authority, Basildon Borough Council, The Basildon Centre, St Martin's Square, Basildon, Essex SS14 1DL or by email to licensing@basildon.gov.uk. A record of the application and the statutory register of the Licensing Authority may be inspected at the Council’s office address given above, by appointment, between 9:00am and 5:00pm Mon to Fri (except Public Holidays). It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application; and the maximum fine to which a person is liable on summary conviction, is level 5 on the standard scale.
