Christopher Place, St Albans - Application for a Premises Licence

NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Pho Trading Ltd has applied to St Albans District and City Council for a new premises licence for Pho, Unit 18, Christopher Place, St Albans AL3 5DQ: To permit the sale of alcohol (on and off sales); Sunday – Wednesday 10:00 - 00:00, and Thursday – Saturday 10:00 – 01:00. Regulated recorded and live music, and anything similar (indoors only): Monday – Sunday 10:00 – 23:00. Late night refreshment (indoors and outdoors): Sunday – Wednesday 23:00 – 00:30, and Thursday – Saturday 23:00 – 01:30. Opening times: Sunday – Wednesday 10:00 - 00:30, and Thursday - Saturday 10:00 – 01:30. Non-standard times to apply on New Year’s Eve, the day before a bank holiday, and British Summer Time compensation.

Any representation by an interested party or responsible authority regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, St Albans City and District Council, Civic Centre, St Peters Street, St Albans, Herts AL1 3JE, or by email to licensing@stalbans.gov.uk no later than 20 May 2025 stating the grounds for objection. The register of St Albans City and District Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the offices of the Council, given above, Mondays-Thursdays 8.45am-5.00pm and Fridays 8.45am-4.30pm.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. To do so could result in an unlimited fine.
