The full application can be inspected by contacting West Berkshire Council’s Licensing Authority. Any person or responsible authority may make representations to the above address no later than 30th May 2025. Any representations must be in writing.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The offence is punishable on summary conviction by a fine of any amount.
