APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE (Section 17)
Notice is hereby given that The Other House Propco 2 Limited has applied to Westminster City Council on 28 April 2025 for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of The Other House, 25-31 Wellington Street, London WC2E 7DD to allow the sale of alcohol Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 01:00 and Sunday 07:30 to 00:00; the sale of alcohol on the roof terrace & eighth floor bar and the provision of films Monday to Sunday 07:30 to 22:30; late night refreshment Monday to Saturday 23:00 to 01:30 and Sunday 23:00 to 00:30; opening hours Monday to Saturday 07:00 to 01:30 and Sunday 07:30 to 00:30 and nonstandard timings 24 hours a day for residents and their bona fide guests. Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/her representation by 26 May 2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: Licensing Service, Westminster City Hall, 64 Victoria Street, London SW1E 5QP. The public register where applications are available to be viewed by members of the public can be accessed online by visiting at www.westminster.gov.uk/Licensing and following the link to the public register.
The Licensing Authority must receive representations by the date given above. The Licensing Authority will have regard to any such representation in considering the application. It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application for premises licence and the maximum fine on being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
