LICENSING ACT 2003 NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Premises: The Green, 46 Newington Green London N16 9PX

Notice is given that Mr Seref Demirci has applied to Islington Council for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003. The proposed application is: Supply of Alcohol for Off the Premises Sunday to Thursday from 08:00AM to Midnight Friday to Saturday from 08:00AM to 02:00AM (next day)

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must write to the: Licensing Support Team, Public Protection, 222 Upper Street, London N1 1XR or licensing@islington.gov.uk Representations must be received no later than: 27th May 2025 The  Application Record and Register may be viewed during normal office hours at the above address or at www.islington.gov.uk Note: it is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person guilty of such offence is liable on summary conviction to a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale.
