Notice is given that BOOKS AND LONDON LTD has applied to London Borough of Tower Hamlets Licensing Authority for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 Premises details: Unit B, Fish Island Village, Monkwood Way, London, E3 2WS. The licensable activities and timings are:

Sale of alcohol 11.00–23.00 Monday to Saturday, 11.00–22.00 Sunday

Regulated entertainment: provision of recorded music 09.00–23.00 Monday to Saturday, 11.00–22.00 Sunday & Provision of live music 18.00–23.00 Thursday, Friday, Saturday.

The Application Record and Register may be viewed between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday during normal office hours at the above address.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is up to level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited fine)
