What is proposed?

APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE
LICENSING ACT 2003

NOTICE is hereby given that Cherry Bomb Events Limited have applied on 25th April 2025 to Cheshire East Council in respect of the premises known as Adelaide House, Adelaide Street, Macclesfield, SK10 2QS for a Premises Licence to provide the following licensable activities:

Supply of Alcohol (for consumption off the premises): Monday to Friday 09:00-20:00 hours, Saturday 10:00-19:00 hours, & Sunday 10:00-14:00 hours.

Representations shall be made in writing to the below address on or before the following date: 23rd May 2025

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is, unlimited.
