I/WE: Wilde Gold Limited Have Applied to: Birmingham City Council for a New Premises Licence for: Perro, Unit 2 Kings Court High Street, Kings Heath, Birmingham, England B14 7JZ Licensable activities and accompanying hours applied for are: Supply of Alcohol for Both On and Off Premises consumption: Mon-Thu (10:00-22:00), Fri-Sat (10:00-00:00), Sun (10:00-20:00).

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to this application must give notice in writing of his/ her representation by: 29/05/2025 stating the grounds for making said representation to: General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, PO Box 17831, Birmingham B2 2HJ. OR email: Licensing@birmingham.gov.uk

The application may be viewed in the Register held at the above offices or online on http:// www.birmingham.gov.uk/licensing

It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, for anyone to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
