Notice of Application for a Premises Licence
NOTICE is hereby given that Hall and Woodhouse have applied to East Devon District Council for the grant of a premises licence for the premises to be known as Cranbrook Festival, Cranberry Farm & Adjoining Land, Badger Way, Cranbrook, Exeter EX5 2DZ. The application is for the grant of a licence to permit supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises and the provision regulated entertainment including performance of dance, live and recorded music between 11:00 hours and 23:00 hours on 21st June 2025.
Anyone who wishes to make representations concerning this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton EX14 1EJ no later than 28th May 2025. The full application may be inspected during normal office hours at the offices of East Devon District Council at the above address (or www. eastdevon.gov.uk).
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
