NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A NEW PREMISES LICENCE
Notice is hereby given that an application has been made by Empiric (Nottingham Frontage) Limited in respect of 15 Queen Street, Nottingham, NG1 2BL for a New Premises Licence.
The proposed application is: To permit the supply of alcohol from 10:00 to 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays;
To permit regulated entertainment from 08:00 to 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays;
To provide late night refreshment from 23:00 to 24:00 on Mondays to Sundays;
To provide licensable activities on specific occasions.
Full details of the application are contained within the application form held by the Licensing Authority at Nottingham City Council, Licensing, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH where the licensing register can be inspected during the Authority’s normal office opening hours by prior appointment.
Any representations by a responsible authority or other person regarding this application must be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address no later than 23 May 2025, stating the grounds for the representations.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
