I Denise Janet Quick give notice that I have applied to Cornwall Council as Licensing Authority for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Trevines Café/Bar, Blowing House Hill, Ludgvan, Penzance, TR20 8AW

The application is to Retail Sale of alcohol - on & off the premise - Monday - Sunday 1100 - 2300

A responsible authority or other person wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to the Licensing Team, Cornwall Council, PO Box 676, Threemilestone, Truro TR1 9EQ or email licensing@cornwall.gov.uk not later than 28 May 2025

A record of the application can be viewed at the Licensing Authority’s address Monday to Friday (except Bank Holidays) by prior appointment.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction being £5000.
