What is proposed?
Licensing Act 2003 Notice of Application to Wigan Council
L Coco Ltd has applied for the grant of a premises licence at 19 Railway Road, Leigh WN7 4AA to conduct the following licensable activities from the premises: OFF Sale of Alcohol: 07:00 to 23:00hrs Monday to Sunday.
The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section, Wigan Life Centre, College Avenue, Wigan, WN1 1NJ between 09:00 – 17:00hrs Mon to Fri. Brief details can also be obtained from the Council’s website http://www.wigan.gov.uk/. Any person or responsible authority may make representations in writing about the application no later than 27th May 2025, and these should be sent to the Licensing Section, PO Box 100, WIGAN WN1 3DS or emailed to licensing@wigan.gov.uk.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application, and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on conviction for this offence is unlimited.
