Flittogate Lane, Tabley - Application for a Premises Licence

Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Collective Events Ltd has applied to Cheshire East Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Cheshire Autumn Lights, Cheshire County Showground, Clay House Farm, Flittogate Lane, Tabley, Knutsford, WA16 0HJ.

The proposed licensable activities and their hours are the provision for regulated entertainment (to include films, live music, recorded music, performances of dance and anything of a similar description) and the sale of alcohol on & off the premises Monday to Sunday 15:00 to 22:00. The opening hours of the premises will be Monday to Sunday 14:00 to 23:00. This event will be limited to one day per year.

The application may be inspected at the Licensing Section of Cheshire East Council by prior appointment during normal office hours.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
