Notice of application for the Grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that I/We Hossein Azinfar have applied to Westmorland & Furness Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of premises to be known as Pizzaria Italia, 9 All Hallos Lane Kendal LA9 4JH
The proposed licensable activities are: Late night Refreshment From 11.00 p.m till 12.00 am every night
Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Team Westmorland & Furness Council, South Lakeland House, Lowther Street, Kendal, Cumbria, LA9 4DQ or e-mail licensing@westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk no later than 12th April 2025 till midnight 09th May 2025 stating the grounds for the representation.
The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Westmorland & Furness Council office at the address given above between 10:00 - 16:00 Monday to Friday or on the council's website - www.westmorlandandfurness.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
