NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISE LICENCE
NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT application has been made on 24th April 2025 to Cheshire West & Chester Council by McDonald’s Restaurants Limited for the grant of a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Road Six, Winsford, CW7 3QF to enable the premises to provide late night refreshment from 23:00–05:00 Mondays to Sundays.
A copy of the application for the grant of the above licence is available for inspection at the offices of – The Licensing Team, Cheshire West and Chester Council, The Portal, Wellington Road, Ellesmere Port, CH65 0BA or can be viewed online at https://bit.ly/CWACApplicationsUnderConsultation.
The application can be viewed Monday to Friday 9am to 4.00pm, except bank holidays.

Any person wishing to make representations in relation to this application must do so in writing to The Licensing Team at the above address no later than 22nd May 2025.
It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
