APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that application has been made to Surrey Heath Borough Council for a premises licence in respect of 1 Bagshot Road, Chobham GU24 8BP.
The licence if granted will enable the premises to be used for the provision of entertainment and late night refreshments and for the supply of alcohol for consumption on and off the premises during the following hours:
Times When Entertainment Will be Provided:
Not applicable
Times When Late Night Refreshments Will be Supplied:
Monday to Sunday 23.00 to 23.30
Times When Alcohol Will be Supplied
Monday to Sunday 12.00 to 23.30
Any responsible authority or other person may make representations in respect of the grant of the licence by submitting the same in writing to the Licensing Officer, Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3HD by not later than 20-05-2025.

PLEASE NOTE: It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is £5,000.
The register of applications is available for inspection on www.surreyheath.gov.uk and the application can be inspected between the hours of 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. at Surrey Heath House, Knoll Road, Camberley, Surrey GU15 3HD.
