What is proposed?
Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Zizzi Restaurants Limited in respect of Premises known as Zizzi, 12 Horsebridge Road, Whitstable, Kent, CT5 1AF applied to Canterbury City Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.
The proposed variation is:
1.To amend the premise opening hours on Sundays to start from 10:00- 00:00.
2. To amend the premise alcohol hours (on and off the premises) on Sundays to start from 10:00- 23:30. Please see application for full details.
Any representations regarding the above- mentioned application must be received in writing by, Canterbury City Council, Licensing Authority, Council Offices, 14 Rose Lane, Canterbury,Kent CT1 2UR or email business.support@canterbury.gov.uk no later than 27th May 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Canterbury City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, between 10am and 4pm Monday to Friday or on the council’s website - www.canterbury.gov.uk.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
