NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT KIERON JAMIESON of THE ANCIENT TREE of 201A Altway, Aintree, L10 6LB has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a VARIATION TO A PREMISES LICENCE.
The proposed to be carried on or from the premises are set out as follows:
To Start Licensable Activities One Hour Earlier And Include Non-Standard Timings At Specific Periods Throughout The Year.
This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council's Website at www.sefton.gov.uk.
Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 20/05/2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.
A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
