What is proposed?

Take note that Mr Harpreet Singh Gabba has made an application to Bedford Borough Council for the grant of a new premises licence under S17 Licensing Act 2003 in respect of Café Dhaba, Unit 4, Anglia Way, Great Denham, Bedford MK40 4TB. The application seeks to authorise the following licensable activities; Sale by Retail of Alcohol (On/Off Sales) Monday – Sunday: 11:00 – 23:00 Interested parties or any Responsible Authority may make a representation to the application, in writing, to the Licensing Team, Bedford Borough Council, Borough Hall, Cauldwell Street, Bedford MK42 9AP or by e-mail to licensing@bedford.gov.uk specifying the grounds for making the representation by 20/05/2025. The application can be viewed at any time on the Councils website at https:// www.bedford.gov.uk/licensing/alcohol-andentertainment-licensing/pending-licensing-act2003-applications or by e-mailing licensing@ bedford.gov.uk during office hours to request a copy. It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
