Premises: Food Warehouse, Unit 2 Priory Fields Retail Park, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1QS.
Notice is given that Iceland Foods Limited have applied to the Somerset West and Taunton Council Licensing Authority for a new Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed application relates to: The retail sale of alcohol off the premises Monday to Sunday: 00:00 – 23:59. Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing by Tuesday 13th May 2025 to Licensing Team, Somerset West and Taunton Council, Deane House, Belvedere Road, Taunton, Somerset, TA1 1HE. Alternatively, representations may be made by email to: environmentalhealth.west@somerset.gov.uk
It is an offence to knowingly, or recklessly, make a false statement in connection with an application which carries an unlimited fine.
