Address of Premises: Golf Pavillion, Heaton Park, Middleton Road, Manchester, M25 2SW.

Description of the proposed variation: Change of operating hours to: Friday 8am–2am & Saturday 8am–2am, alcohol sales to be changed to Friday 10am–1.30am & Saturday 10am–1.30am, recorded music permitted Friday 12pm–1.30am, Saturday 11am–1.30am, Sunday 11am–11.30pm.
