What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE OF AN APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE UNDER SECTION 17 OF THE LICENSING ACT 2003

Notice is hereby given that an application was made to SOLIHULL METROPOLITAN BOROUGH COUNCIL for an application of a premises licence under the above Act on the 01.05.2025 

Applicant: Address of premises: Londis The Atrium, The NEC, Birmingham B40 1PA.

Proposed licensable activities: Sale of alcoholic beverages 

Proposed days and times of licensable activities: Every day from 07:45 until 22:00 

The postal address where the register is kept and the application may be inspected is: 

Solihull Metropolitan Borough Council, Licensing Team, The Core, Theatre Square, Homer Road, Solihull B91 3RG

Any person wishing to make representations on this matter shall give notice, in writing, stating the nature and grounds for making such representations to the Licensing Team at the above address or by email to licensing@ solihull.gov.uk within 28 days of the date of this notice by the [28 days after the date of application] It is an offence, under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement on or in connection with an application and the maximum fine on summary conviction of such an offence is £5000.
