NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO VARY A PREMISES LICENCE

Farmhouse Bakery and Cafe, Abingdon Road, Steventon, OX13 6RW
Notice is given that Ms K Bitmead has applied to Vale of White Horse District Council for a variation to the Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003.
The proposed variation is:
Amendment to licence conditions.
Current licenced hours
8am - 6.00pm Monday - Saturday
12.00pm - 6.00pm on Sundays.
Proposed licenced hours
9am - 11.00pm Monday - Saturday
9am - 10.00pm on Sundays.
Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to: Licensing Team, Vale of White Horse District Council, Abbey House, Abbey Close, Abingdon, OX14 3JE or email to licensing.unit@whitehorsedc.gov.uk
Representations must be received by 15th May 2025.

It is an offence under Section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003, knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is level 5 on the standard scale (unlimited amount).
