NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT I / WE (FULL NAMES) Klub49 limited APPLIED ON 25th April 2025 TO Chesterfield Borough Council in respect of the premises known as Klub49
for a licence to use the premises as a 'Sexual Entertainment Venue'

ANY PERSON wishing to oppose the application should write to Licensing, Chesterfield Borough Council, Town Hall, Rose Hill, Chesterfield, S40 1LP. No later than 22nd may 2025
