Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence Under The Licensing Act 2003

DMG VENTURES LTD is applying for the GRANT of a premises licence for the premises at:
Empress African Restaurant, Former Dogpool Hotel, 3 St Stephens Road, Stirchley, Birmingham. B29 7RR 

If granted the application will allow:

Sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises and playing of recorded music on the premises from: Between the hours of 12:00 - 22:00, Monday - Thursday
and between the hours of 12:00 - 23:00, Friday - Sunday.

Any person, who wishes to make representations must do so in writing preferably by email to: licensing@birmingham.gov.uk or alternatively by post to General Licensing, Regulation & Enforcement, P.O. Box 17831 Birmingham. B2 2HJ

Representations must be made in writing within 28 days from the date of this notice, ending 22nd May 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the licensing Act 2003, to make a false statement in connection with this application. 

Those who make false statement may be liable on summary conviction to a fine of any amount.
