What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Section 17(5)

Notice is hereby given that DARRELL LEE SMITH has applied in respect of TRUTH, 8 CROUCH STREET EAST, COLCHESTER, CO3 3ES, for a Premises Licence under the Licensing Act 2003 to allow for:

LIVE MUSIC, RECORDED MUSIC, PERFORMANCES OF DANCE, FILMS, PLAYS, PROVISION OF LATE-NIGHT REFRESHMENT & SUPPLY OF ALCOHOL.

Representations to this application must be made in writing, by 28/05/2025, to the Licensing Authority, Colchester Borough Council, PO Box 889, Rowan House, 33 Sheepen Road, Colchester, CO3 3WG. The register of licensing applications can be inspected between 9am and 5pm Monday to Friday at the offices of Colchester Borough Council, 33 Sheepen Road Colchester or online http://www.colchester.gov.uk/licensingregister.

It is an offence on summary conviction, to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine for which is £5000.
