Notice Of Application For A Premises Licence

Notice Is Given That McDonald’s Restaurants Limited has applied to Borough of Broxbourne Council on 23rd April 2025 for a premises licence for McDonald’s Restaurants, Unit 3A, Brookfield Retail Park, Halfhide Lane, Cheshunt, EN8 0QE for the provision of late night refreshment between the hours of 23:00 and 00:00 Mondays to Sundays for consumption on and off the premises.

Any representations must be made in writing by 21st May 2025 to the above e-mail address or to:- Borough of Broxbourne, Bishops’ College, Churchgate, Cheshunt, Herts, EN8 9XQ or at www.broxbournecouncil.gov.uk

Note: It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
