NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that I Paul Clampitt Of 45 William Burton Place, Bromborough Wirral, CH62 4AF have applied to Wirral Borough Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of the premises known as: 6 Allport Lane, Bromborough, Wirral CH62 7HP for the following Licensable Activities:- Nature of Licensable Activity Days and Hours Requested Sale of Alcohol Monday to Thursday 16:00 -23:00hrs Friday 14:00 - 00:00hrs Saturday 12:00 - 00:00 Sunday 12:00-23:00hrs Recorded Music Monday to Thursday 16:00 - 23:00hrs Friday 14:00 - 23:00hrs Saturday 12:00 - 23:00 Sunday 12:00- 23:00hrs.
A full copy of the above application is kept on the Council website at https://www.wirral.gov.uk/business/licences-and-permits/entertainment-and-alcohol/current-applications-and-representations. Any person wishing to make representation in respect of the application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority, Town Hall, Brighton Street, Wallasey by email to licensing@wirral.gov.uk no later than 14th May 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. The maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for making a false statement is a Level 5 fine on the standard scale.
