We: ConciergeUK do hereby give notice that we have applied to the Licensing Authority at East Devon District Council for a new Premises Licence at: Exmouth Beach, Orcombe Point, Queens Drive, EX8 2AY and known as: Exmouth Beach for Exmouth Beach Rugby

The application is to:

Apply to authorise the following licensable activities:

The supply of alcohol for consumption on the premises. 24th May - 25th - 9.00am-10.30pm

The provision of live and recorded music: 24th May - 25th May - 9am-10.30pm

Premises opening hours: 24th May - 25th May 8.30am – 11.00pm

Any persons wishing to make representations to this application may do so by writing to The Licensing Manager, East Devon District Council, Blackdown House, Border Road, Heathpark Industrial Estate, Honiton, EX14 1EJ not later than 13th May 2025.

Representations received after this date cannot be considered. All representations MUST BE IN WRITING

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with this application, the maximum fine on summary conviction is unlimited.
