NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR PREMISES
LICENCE

NOTICE IS GIVEN THAT TJX UK has applied to
Leeds City Council on 22nd April 2025 for the
grant of a premises licence to use the premises at
Homesense, Unit 1A, Crown Point Retail Park,
Junction Street, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS10 1ET
for the sale by retail of alcohol, Monday to Friday
09:00-20:00, Saturday 09:00-20:00 and Sunday
11:00-17:00, plus non-standard timings as more
particularly set out in the application.
Any person who wishes to make a representation
in relation to this application must give notice in
writing to: Licensing Department, Civic Hall,
Leeds, LS1 1UR to be received by no later than
20th May 2025 stating the grounds for making said
representation.

inspected on the Council’s website

Council’s offices during office hours.
It is an offence, under section 158 of the Licensing
Act 2003, to knowingly or recklessly make a false
statement in or in connection with an application
for a premises licence and the maximum fine on
being convicted of such an offence is unlimited.
