What is proposed?
Notice of application for the grant of a Premises Licence under Section 17 of the Licensing Act 2003
Notice is hereby given that Troia (UK) Restaurants Ltd has applied to Nottingham City Council for the grant of a Premises Licence in respect of Premises to be known as The Ivy, 31 Bridlesmith Gate, Nottingham, NG1 2GR.
The proposed licensable activities and their hours are:
1. The provision of Regulated Entertainment in the form of Recorded Music from 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors Only).
2. Late Night Refreshment from 23:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday (Indoors and Outdoors).
3. The Sale of Alcohol from 10:00 hours to 00:00 hours Monday to Sunday (On and Off Sales).
4. Opening Hours from 08:00 hours to 00:30 hours Monday to Sunday.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by email to general.licensing@nottinghamcity.gov.uk or by post to Licensing Authority, Nottingham City Council, Humber Building, Eastcroft Depot, London Road, Nottingham, NG2 3AH no later than 21st May 2025 stating the grounds for representation.
The register of Nottingham City Council and the record of the application may be inspected at the address of the council, given above, during normal business hours or on the council’s website - www.nottinghamcity.gov.uk
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
