Notice of application on 22 April 2025 to Blaby District Council for a Premises Licence by HGS (Leicester) Ltd for HGS Croft Hill, Coventry Road, Croft, Leics LE9 3GP for: sale of alcohol* (consumption off the premises) 24 hours per day, seven days per week and the Provision of Late Night Refreshment 23:00 to 05:00 hrs each day. *Sale of Alcohol will take place within the convenience store.
During office hours arrangements may be made for the Licensing Register to be viewed at the offices of the Licensing Authority, Blaby District Council, Council Offices, Desford Road, Narborough, Leicestershire LE19 2EP (www.blaby.gov.uk).
Representations may be made in writing to the Licensing Authority at the above address or by email licensing@blaby.gov.uk by no later than 20 May 2025.
It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application punishable with an unlimited fine on summary conviction.
