Notice is hereby given that we, Suzie’s Den Limited have applied to Durham County Council in respect of the premises known as: Suzie’s, 3 Adelaide Row, Seaham SR7 7EF. For the grant of a Premises Licence to permit the following licensable activities:  Sale by retail of alcohol (on sales only) 10.00 – 22.30 hrs Monday to Sunday inclusive.

A record of this application may be inspected at the Council’s offices at Annand House, John Street North, Meadowfield, Durham DH7 8RS by appointment on weekdays between 9.30 am and  4.30 pm. Any representations about this application must be made in writing by the 20th May 2025 and sent to: - Durham County Council, Licensing, PO Box 617, Durham DH1 9HZ Or e-mail to Licensing@durham.gov.uk  It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and the maximum fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction for the offence is unlimited.
