What is proposed?

LICENSING ACT 2003, NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A PREMISES LICENCE

Notice is hereby given that Bold Uni Trading Limited has applied to Manchester City Council for the grant of a premises licence in respect of:

Bold Street Coffee, 140, Oxford Road, Manchester, M13 9GP

The application seeks permission for the following licensable activities:

Sale of alcohol (on and off the premises): Monday to Sunday - From 10:00 to 23:00

Any person wishing to make representations in respect of this application must do so in writing to the Licensing Authority at the following address no later than: Tuesday 27th May 2025

Representations must relate to one or more of the licensing objectives: the prevention of crime and disorder, public safety, the prevention of public nuisance, and the protection of children from harm.

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in connection with this application. A person guilty of such an offence is liable on summary conviction to an unlimited fine.
