An application has been made by: Star Pubs & Bars Limited for the grant of a premises licence in respect of Garibaldi, 13 High Street, Burnham, Slough, SL1 7JB.
The licensable activities proposed are as follows: Application is made for indoor sporting events, live music, recorded music and sale of alcohol between 10.00 – 00.00 Monday to Thursday, 10.00 – 01.00 Friday and Saturday and Sunday 10.00 – 23.00. Application is also made for Non-standard timings. New Year’s Eve – From the end of permitted hours on New Year’s Eve to the start of permitted hours on New Year’s Day. An additional 1 hour to the terminal hour on Bank Holiday Sunday. An additional hour to the standard and non-standard times on the day when British Summertime commences. Any other day at the licensee’s discretion for functions and special events to finish no later than 01.00am.

It is an offence for anyone knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with a licence application. The fine for which a person is liable on summary conviction is unlimited.
