What is proposed?

Notice of application to vary a Premises Licence under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003

Notice is hereby given that Zizzi Restaurants Limited in respect of Premises known as Zizzi, 35-37 London Road, Sevenoaks, TN13 1AR applied to Sevenoaks District Council for a Variation of a Premises Licence.

The proposed variation is:

1. To amend the premise opening hours on Sundays to start from 10:00- 23:50.

2. To amend the premise Alcohol hours (on and off the premises) on Sundays to start from 10:00- 23:30.

3. To vary the premises licence to add the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises to mirror the existing hours and conditions for the sale of alcohol for consumption on the premises.

Any representations regarding the above-mentioned application must be received in writing by, Licensing Partnership, PO BOX 182, Sevenoaks, Kent TN13 1GP or via email to licensing@sevenoaks.gov.uk no later than 21st MAY 2025 stating the grounds for representation.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
