NOTICE OF APPLICATION FOR A SEX ESTABLISHMENT LICENCE

I, Michael Tudor, 211 Hardhorn Road, Poulton-Le-Fylde, Lancashire, FY6 8DW, HEREBY GIVE NOTICE THAT I on the 23rd April 2025 made an application to the Cumberland Council for the renewal of a licence to use the premises known as Rouge and situated at Englishgate Plaza, Carlisle, Cumbria, CA1 1RP as a Sexual Entertainment Venue as defined in Schedule 3 to the Local Government (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 1982.

Any objection to the application should be made in writing, stating in general terms the grounds on which the objection is made, to the Licensing Manager, Governance Directorate, Civic Centre, Carlisle, CA3 8QG and should arrive not later than 28 days after the 25th April 2025.

An objector's name and address will not be revealed to the applicant by the Council without the objector's prior consent.
