Notice of Application to vary a Premises Licence

TO ALL WHOM IT MAY CONCERN

Take notice that JD Wetherspoon plc has made an application under Section 34 of the Licensing Act 2003 to vary the Premises Licence for the Elihu Yale, 44-46 Regent Street, Wrexham, LL11 1RR. The application seeks to amend the door supervisor condition and children’s hours condition in Annex 2 of the premises licence as per the application form. There are no other changes to the premises licence. Any representations regarding the above mentioned application must be received in writing by Licensing Section, Public Protection Services, Wrexham County Borough Council, Lambpit Street, Wrexham, LL11 1AR or by e-mail to licensingservice@wrexham.gov.uk no later than Wednesday, 14th May 2025 stating the grounds for the representation. The register and the record of this application may be inspected at the Wrexham County Borough Council office at the address given above during normal business hours, or on the council’s website www.wrexham.gov.uk.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
