What is proposed?

PUBLIC NOTICE FOR LICENSING APPLICATIONS
Licensing Act 2003 (Premises & Club Premises Certificates) Regulations 2003

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Side Step Events Limited has applied to Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council for a premises license for Orrell Hill Woods Orrell Hill Lane Liverpool L38 5DA for Live music, recorded music, performances of dance, and anything of a similar description & the sale of alcohol for consumption on & off the premises

Proposed to be carried on or from the premises 08.00- 22.00 Monday- Sunday from 1st November and 24th December inclusive each year.

This application can be inspected in person at the below postal address (weekdays 09.00 to 15.00 by appointment) or on Sefton Council’s Website at www.sefton.gov.uk.

Any representations to the application shall be in writing and should be lodged with the Licensing Authority, Sefton MBC, Magdalen House, 30 Trinity Road, Bootle, L20 3NJ, stating the terms of the grounds of the said representation, not later than 20th day of May 2025.

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application. A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.”
