LICENSING ACT 2003: GRANT OF VARIATION TO PREMISES LICENCE
APPLICANT: LUCKY BREW & TAP LTD PREMISES: LUCKY BREW & TAP, 139 JESMOND ROAD, NE2 1JY

NOTICE is given that an application has been made for a variation to the premises licence for Lucky Brew & Tap Ltd at the above address as follows: (1) Supply of alcohol (on/off) Monday to Sunday 12:00 to 00:00; (2) Opening hours 09:00 to 00:00 Every Day; and (3) Late Night Refreshment Monday to Sunday 00:00 to 00:30. An operating schedule and conditions accompany the application.

Anyone who wishes to make representations regarding this application must give notice in writing to The Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety, Regulation and Development, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne, NE1 8QH or licensing@newcastle.gov.uk. Representations must be received by 28th May 2025. The Application Record and Register may be viewed at: http://portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence to knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application.

A person is liable to an unlimited fine on conviction should such a false statement be made.
