Notice of application to VARY a Premises Licence

CHG (Newcastle) Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Cairn Hotel, 97-103 Osbourn Road, Jesmond, Newcastle upon Tyne NE2 2TJ.

The application is to amend the conditions that apply to the area marked purple on the submitted plan (the external area immediately outside Sohe). In all other respects, the Licence shall remain the same.

Anyone wishing to make a representation may do so in writing to Licensing Authority, Newcastle City Council, Public Safety and Regulation, Civic Centre, Newcastle upon Tyne NE1 8QH Or by email to licensing@newcastle.gov.uk by midnight on 23 May 2025.

The application may be inspected at Council Offices during opening hours or httpsJ/portal.newcastle.gov.uk

It is an offence knowingly or reddessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
