Variation of a Premises Licence

Notice is given that The Cadogan Pub Limited has applied to The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea to vary the Premises Licence at The Cadogan Arms, 298 King’s Road, London SW3 5UG. 

The proposed variation seeks to:
Amend the hours for Sales of Alcohol (on and off-sales) to 10:00 to 00:00 Sunday to Tuesday, and 10:00 to 01:00 the day following Wednesday to Saturday. Extend the opening hours of the Premises accordingly.

A copy of the application is held by The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea as the relevant Licensing Authority and can be inspected at Town Hall, Hornton Street, London W8 7NX (by appointment) or online at www.rbkc.gov.uk/licensing

Any person who wishes to make a representation in relation to the application must give notice in writing of their representation to the Licensing Authority by 20 May 2025.

It is an offence under section 158 of the Licensing Act 2003 to knowingly or recklessly make a false statement in or in connection with an application. The maximum penalty upon conviction for such offence is unlimited.
