What is proposed?

Licensing Act 2003 Notice of application to Vary a Premises Licence 

Co-operative Group Food Limited have applied to vary their premises licence at Co-op, 8 Downend Road, Downend, South Gloucestershire BS16 5UJ to extend the sale of alcohol for consumption off the premises from Mon to Sun 0800-2300 to 0000-2400 (24 hours), to remove embedded restrictions on Christmas Day and Good Friday and to add Late Night Refreshment as a licensable activity Mon to Sun 2300-0500. 

The store will close to the public at 2300 and re-open at 0700 on the following day. All sales between 2300-0700 will be for on-line delivery only. Conditions will apply.

The Application may be viewed during opening hours at South Gloucestershire Council, Licensing Service, Engine Common Lane, Yate, South Gloucestershire, BS37 7PN or www.southglos.gov.uk 

It is an offence knowingly or recklessly to make a false statement in connection with an application and is punishable by a fine of any amount on summary conviction for the offence.
